Description
Royal Coconut Cream, 400 ml is a rich, thick coconut extract product—usually canned—made from the flesh of fresh coconuts blended with water and sometimes stabilizers/emulsifiers. It has a high fat content (around 20–22 %) that gives it a creamy, velvety texture and intense coconut flavour. It’s widely used in Thai, Southeast Asian, Caribbean and other cuisines for curries, soups, sauces, desserts, beverages and dairy‑free recipes. Coconut cream is a dairy‑free alternative to cream and adds richness and aroma to both sweet and savoury dishes. Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening.
